I’m Fighting For You!

There are two types of women who join communities like this

Women like Virgie, who inside the community actually paid off $40,000 of debt.

Or Crystal, who lost 75 pounds.

And women like Isabel, who once felt afraid to build friendships with other women…

and now has deeply rooted relationships and genuine sisterhood in her life.

How Women Feel Inside The Community

And then there are women who join… and leave.

They get excited about the idea of change.

But somewhere along the way…they drift.

Life gets busy.

Fear creeps in.

Things feel uncomfortable.

They start wondering if this community is really going to work for them.

Or if they even had the time to make it work.

And before they give themselves the opportunity to truly transform…they leave.

Do you want to know the difference between the two?

I had a realization that challenged me.

If I believe God is calling me to something greater...

A healthier life.

Stronger relationships.

More peace around money.

More purpose.

More confidence.

More of the woman He created me to be...

Then saying,

“I don’t have time to become her.”

started sounding a lot like...

“God, I don’t have time for what You’re calling me toward.”

And whew.

That hit me.

Because I know life is full.

I know there are children, husbands, jobs, businesses, responsibilities, appointments, dishes, laundry, and a thousand things demanding your attention.

But maybe the question isn’t:

“Do I have extra time?”

Maybe the question is:

“Am I making room for the things God keeps showing me matter?”

The women inside the Joyful Fit Life Community aren’t women who magically found empty calendars.

Many of them came in feeling behind too.

They simply decided they were no longer willing to put their own growth at the bottom of the list. More so, they knew God was asking them to stop putting their own growth at the bottom of the list.

Amber is a great example of this. Here’s what she said…

“Before I built a business I love, I hate to admit it… I used to be the woman who would “course-hop.”

I have spent thousands of dollars on courses and programs trying to grow my business.

And whenever I didn’t get the results I wanted fast enough, I would say I just didn’t have the time.

I would convince myself:
“Maybe this just isn’t right for me.”

But eventually, I realized something that changed everything.

“I realized I had to ask myself a hard question:

Had I truly given this my all?

Could I honestly say I implemented what I had been given?
Could I honestly say I showed up 100%?
Could I honestly say I stayed committed even when things felt uncomfortable?

Because sooner or later, I had to face the truth:

I could either be a woman who was committed…

Or I could be a woman who made excuses and talked myself out of what I said I wanted.

But I couldn’t be both.”

My friend…

Amber Refusing to Let Time Be an “Excuse Disguised as a Logical reason” Is what having new and higher standards looks like in action…

…even when it means setting new and higher standards for yourself.

And that’s why I couldn’t let you walk away without saying this first.

Here’s the truth (that’s coming from a place of love)... It’s because I care for you.

I know what it feels like to want change so badly… while also feeling exhausted, discouraged, or afraid you’ll fail again.

But your goals still matter, my friend.

Your dreams still matter. And the woman you’re becoming is still worth fighting for.

In fact, if you’re feeling uncertain right now…

If you’re feeling stretched…

Or if you’re feeling challenged as you go to the next level…

That’s actually a good thing! Because growth often feels uncomfortable before it feels rewarding.

Like the Bible says:

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

— Jeremiah 29:11

And I believe that’s true for you too.

That means maybe what you need right now isn’t to give up on yourself.

Maybe what you need is support to recommit.

That’s why I want to offer you something special:
